2011 Leadership Development Camp was a success!
About LDC:
LDC is open to students entering grades 9-12 in the fall. Students entering 8th grade may also apply. While at LDC, students will learn and practice how to work in groups, resolve conflicts, set goals, and speak in public. Attendees will spend time in leadership sessions but also enjoy leisure activities. New for 2011, students will receive CPR/AED training and certification.
Former LDC participants have organized and promoted blood drives in their schools and communities, implemented Red Cross Clubs at their high schools, and volunteered with various organizations.
